Dr. Rodgers had been the Clinton's dentist at one time, and was an Arkansas native. His private airplane crashed on March 3, 1994 in clear weather with a full tank of gas, right after his pilot called into the Lawton, Oklahoma airport saying that he needed to refuel. Dr. Rodgers was on his way to an interview with a reporter from the London Sunday Telegraph, where he was going to reveal evidence of Clinton's alleged cocaine use. Supposedly, his fuel gauge had been rigged to read "empty" when the plane pitched forward to land, and cut off the gas supply. This method was allegedly used on the plane of Hershel Friday, who died two days earlier in a similar plane accident

Died 8/1999. Pat Matrisciana, owner of "Jeremiah Films" (which produces such vides as The Clinton Chronicles), and David Drye planned a trip to Washington DC by Private plane. At the last second, pat had to cancel and David left without him, dying when the plane crashed.

Ralph Francis Baker (1938–1998), Madison County Sheriff from 1973 until 1998 when his automobile was swept into the White River while crossing a low water bridge resulting in his drowning death on January 5, 1998.[5] Ralph Baker was under investigation by the FBI at the time of his death, real estate ventures [6] and missing funds from the Madison County Drug Eradication Fund, along with other allegations were more than likely the cause of the federal investigation
